Please, if the order is marked as completed, but you still don't see the plays counter updated, DON'T OPEN A TICKET; just wait a couple of days to see the changes. - If you ask for a refill you have to attach the screenshot from "Spotify for artists" stats otherwise we will ignore your request. - You can't place multiple orders on the same artist or they will be queued. You have to wait for the completion of the first order and the others will remain "pending". - The stats should be always sent from mobile devices. -There is a 50K monthly limit for each artist on all our monthly listener services. After that limit, transaction speed will be decreased for that artist.
